With over thirty years providing marketing consultancy in the corporate world, Laura has a deep understanding of how the challenges of modern day lifestyle and stress can impact upon nutritional status and ultimately health. She is now passionate about helping to prioritise the health and wellbeing of her clients in a practical and realistic way.
